The Balestracci Group Rank #1 in Sutton and Oxford for Sales Volume and Transaction Sides in 2025
We are excited to announce that the Balestracci Group consisting of team lead Mark Balestracci, with Elissa Comeau and Matthew Jette has been ranked the #1 in Sutton and Oxford, MA for Sales Volume and Transaction Sides! In 2025, the Balestracci Group successfully closed 120 transactions, accumulating $60,668,100 in 2025. This is the group’s second time ranking as #1 in Oxford, MA, having previously done so in 2024.
