MICHELLE WESSON

Michelle Wesson is the Regional Sales Manager at Lamacchia Realty, overseeing the Auburn and Worcester offices. In this leadership role, she guides and empowers REALTORS® in her region by sharing her extensive knowledge of industry-wide sales strategies for working with buyers and sellers. Michelle acts as a trusted resource for agents, helping them maximize the benefits of Lamacchia’s tools, training, and services to grow their businesses and succeed at a higher level. 

Michelle has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 and was one of the original agents to join in 2016 Lamacchia Realty when the company expanded into Worcester. Her consistent performance earned her multiple President’s Club awards, reflecting her dedication and success in sales.  Later in 2020, Michelle migrated to the staff side of the company as a Success Guide, which is a mentor role for agents in her region though coaching, training, and skill-building. Her proven expertise and natural leadership made for a seamless transition into her current role which led to her being added to the company’s leadership team. 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Michelle is passionate about giving back. She has held various positions with local Realtor boards and remains active in community outreach efforts. A Shrewsbury native, Michelle has proudly called Worcester home for more than 30 years.
