Lamacchia Realty just conducted a study of all the realtors at the company who were at another company for 12 months prior to joining Lamacchia Realty to measure the percentage rate of growth of all these realtors since joining. Michelle Wesson was part of this study and her percentage rate of growth in her first 12 months at the company back in 2014 when she joined was 140%. Michelle has done nothing but grow her business and make it more systematic. Since joining the company to December 31st, 2017, Michelle grew her business by 920% and is on track for substantial growth this year as she is already 14% ahead of last year’s sales at the time.
