Lamacchia Launches Success Guides for Realtors

Friday, November 13thth – Anthony Lamacchia announced a new position at the monthly company update, the Success Guide. This position is now fully up and running, with four exceptionally experienced people filling the roles.  These Success Guides will work directly with Realtors and act as mentors, helping to increase the already high rate of success for agents who join Lamacchia Realty while also speeding up the rate of success agents have with the company.

‘Lamacchia Realty Will Guide You to Your Success’ was released as the company’s updated Mission Statement in August of 2019 and this new role is another way the company plans on guiding agents towards their successes.  As agents become more knowledgeable, they not only increase their success rate but improve on the services they can provide to their clients.

These four guides will dedicate every day to helping their group of agents gain expertise on the products, services, tools, and systems that Lamacchia Realty offers.  Once Lamacchia Realtors fully take advantage of everything the company offers, their rate of success increases significantly. With these services, along with the immense training, agents begin to master industry techniques, time management, and client relationship building skills so they are able to sell more and provide higher level service.  Client success and agent success is, after all, Lamacchia Realty’s mission.

All four of these guides have sold many homes, sat across from buyers and sellers, have been rejected, have hit slumps, and then have all gotten out of that and found consistent success and have surpassed goals.  These people are all REALTORS and have a passion for helping people reach their goals, are invested in sharing their industry knowledge and due to their proven records, are the perfect candidates for this position.

Krystal Holt has grown her business substantially since joining Lamacchia Realty by taking advantage of the systems, training, and marketing that the company provides.  Her knowledge of how to leverage the company’s agent services will make her a key playing in helping agents do the same.

MacKenzie Mell, whose attitude and energy are infectious, has been in the industry for over a decade.  She joined Lamacchia Realty in 2017 and significantly increased her business by taking advantage of the Lamacchia Realty systems and marketing, but even more, has an innate knowledge of relationship-building techniques.

Michelle Wesson was the first agent in the Worcester office, having increased her business by 140% in her first year at Lamacchia Realty due to her extensive knowledge of how to leverage the company’s offerings.  She is a three-time member of the President’s Club and was the number one agent in total sales and highest sales volume for the Worcester office in 2018.

These success guides will be a part of Jackie Louh’s Business Development Team, but the Vice President of Sales Dave Karoly is very involved in training and guiding the Success Guides.
