Elissa Comeau PC 1024 FI

We are thrilled to announce that Elissa Comeau has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this accredited achievement by closing on 33 homes so far this year.

This is the second time Elissa has qualified for President’s Club, previously making it in 2022, shortly after she joined Lamacchia Realty with The Balestracci Group. Mark Balestracci along with Elissa Comeau and Matthew Jette, are consistently among Lamacchia Realty’s monthly top producers, both in the Auburn office and companywide. They also achieved Diamond Status through the REALTOR® Association of Central MA in 2022, which is awarded to teams in the top 1% of production across all RACM members.

The Balestracci Group also was announced as part of Lamacchia’s Top Producer Circle in 2022 and 2023, where to qualify you must sell at least 20 homes or have $9 million in sales volume in a calendar year. They also were named the #1 Top Team with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume at our annual awards ceremony in 2023.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
