Bea Murphy Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are thrilled to announce that Bea Murphy has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this admirable feat by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. This is Bea’s SEVENTH year in a row qualifying for the President’s Club, as she has qualified in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. She has also hit ELITE status in 2021, 2022 and 2024! Bea has also been a repeat member of the Top Producer Circle every year since 2020. 

Earlier this year at the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event, Bea was named and awarded as the #1 REALTOR with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2024  out of the Braintree Office. Most recently, Bea was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List as well as being named in the 2025 Boston Agent Magazine Who’s Who.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
