Nicole Vermillion Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE
We are excited to announce that Nicole Vermillion has officially qualified for the 2026 President’s Club ELITE! She has hit this impressive feat by surpassing $28,500,000 in sales volume so far this year. This marks the third year in a row Nicole has earned ELITE status, and has done so just two short months after qualifying for the 2026 President’s Club.
Nicole is a top-producing agent in Lamacchia Realty’s Braintree office and has consistently earned a place in the Top Producer Circle for multiple years. In 2025, she was recognized as the #1 REALTOR® in the Braintree office, leading in both transaction count and sales volume. Her recent accomplishments also include being named to the 2026 Boston Agent Magazine Who’s Who List, the 2026 Boston Magazine Top Real Estate Producers List, and the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.
Congratulations, Nicole! What an incredible year so far!
“Nicole is a true powerhouse, and earning ELITE for the third year in a row is a reflection of the consistency, drive, and determination she brings every single year. It has been incredible to watch her continue to grow and raise the bar. Congrats, Nicole!”

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members recently returned to Aruba in October of this year!
