We’re excited to share that Nicole Vermillion has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! She reached this incredible milestone by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume so far this year — achieving ELITE status just one month after qualifying for the 2025 President’s Club. This is her fourth year qualifying for President’s Club, and second time qualifying for ELITE, as she has previously qualified last year in 2024.

Nicole is a consistent top-producing agent based out of Lamacchia Realty’s Braintree office and a proud member of the Top Producer Circle for multiple years. Her impressive track record has earned her numerous accolades, recently including recognition in the 2025 Boston Agent Magazine Who’s Who, the 2024 and 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List, and the 2025 RISMedia Newsmaker List.

What an outstanding accomplishment, Nicole — congratulations! We cannot wait to see what the rest of 2025 holds for you!

"It is no shock that Nicole has qualified for ELITE once again! This year has been one of her best years yet, and we can't wait to see what is yet to come. Nicole, your hard work and diligence does not go unnoticed- we are so grateful for you. Congratulations!"

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
