President's Club 2026 cyndi deshaies

We are thrilled to share that Cyndi Deshaies has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has achieved this impressive feat by selling more than 35 homes so far this year. This is Cyndi’s SIXTH consecutive year qualifying for this impressive milestone, as she has qualified every year since 2021. She has previously earned ELITE status in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Cyndi is a top-producing agent not only out of the Lamacchia Realty Leominster office, but company-wide, as she is a repeat member of the Top Producer Circle. Earlier this year at the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kick Off Event, she was named the #1 REALTOR® with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2025 of the Leominster Office. Just last month, Cyndi was honored on the 2026 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List, based on her sales volume and transactions last year.

Congratulations, Cyndi! What an incredible achievement!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
