The #1 REALTOR® for transactions and sales volume in the Leominster office in 2025 is Cyndi Deshaies. This is Cyndi’s first time taking home the award for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume, and we couldn’t be more excited for her! Previously, she was named the #1 REALTOR® of the Leominster office with the Most Transactions in 2024! She reached this achievement by closing on 52 homes and selling over $22,463,700 in sales volume in 2025.
