Cyndi deshaies, elite, announcement

For the second time, Cyndi Deshaies has reached the impressive milestone of qualifying for the 2023 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! She achieved this feat by selling 50 homes this year. Cyndi also qualified for President’s Club in 2021, 2022, and 2023, along with making ELITE for the first time in 2022. Also in 2022, Cyndi took home the award for Most Acquired Clients Companywide! She has been a member of Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle for the last several years and consistently ranks as a monthly top producer in both the Leominster office and companywide. Most recently, she was named in Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2023, and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Cyndi’s passion and drive make her so deserving of this distinction, and we couldn’t be happier for her!

I am so excited to see Cyndi qualify for our President's Club ELITE for the 2nd time! This comes as no surprise though since Cyndi works so hard to make sure her clients reach their goals. She is so deserving of this recognition! Congratulations, Cyndi!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the trip.  Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas in early October of this year, and the 2023 members are expected to head back to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2024!
