We are thrilled to announce that Cyndi Deshaies has qualified for the 2023 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by closing on 33 transactions so far this year! This marks the 3rd year in a row that Cyndi has qualified, having also made it previously in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, Cyndi qualified for the President’s Club ELITE for the first time in late 2022! Also in 2022, Cyndi won the award for Most Acquired Clients for signing up the most clients in the company in a given year! You can often find Cyndi on the monthly Top Producers List both in the Leominster office and companywide, and she made Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle in 2021, 2022, and 2023! Most recently, Cyndi was included in Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2023 and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Along with being a successful REALTOR®, Cyndi also dedicates a large amount of time to raising money for Boston Children’s Hospital. In fact, she was even the #1 fundraiser on Team Lamacchia for the hospital’s virtual toy drive in 2022!
