We are thrilled to announce that Cyndi Deshaies has earned her spot on the prestigious 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! She hit this milestone just three short months after qualifying for the 2025 President’s Club. She achieved this feat by selling more than 50 homes so far this year. This is Cyndi’s FOURTH consecutive year qualifying for this impressive milestone, as she has qualified in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Cyndi is a top-producing agent not only in the Lamacchia Realty Leominster office but across the entire company. Earlier this year, she was recognized as the #1 REALTOR in the Leominster office for Most Transactions in 2024 at the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kick Off Event. Most recently, Cyndi was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List, based on her outstanding sales volume and transaction record from last year.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
