Nicole Vermillion Closes 2025 with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume for Lamacchia Braintree
The #1 REALTOR® for both sales volume and transactions in the Braintree office in 2025 is Nicole Vermillion. This is Nicole’s first time taking home this award, and we couldn’t be more excited for her! She reached this achievement by closing 71 transactions and $49,227,975 in sales volume in 2025. These impressive numbers have also earned Nicole second place for highest sales volume and most transactions companywide – that’s out of over 900 REALTORS®!
