MacKenzie Mell is the Regional Sales Manager of Lamacchia Realty’s Braintree, Easton, and Waltham offices. In this role, she leads and supports REALTORS® by sharing her in-depth knowledge of industry-wide sales tactics for working with buyers and sellers. MacKenzie acts as a trusted resource, guiding agents to fully utilize Lamacchia’s tools, training, and services so they can achieve lasting success and provide an exceptional client experience.

MacKenzie joined Lamacchia Realty as an agent in 2016. In 2020, she was promoted to Success Guide, a role where she mentored agents through coaching, training, and skill-building—especially during challenging post-pandemic market conditions. She supported agents with tactics focused on lead generation, market knowledge, and communication, empowering them to succeed regardless of market volatility.

Her promotion to Regional Manager in 2024 was a testament to her leadership, dedication, and passion for helping others grow. MacKenzie continues to mentor agents through individualized guidance, time management, and team collaboration, ensuring that every agent in her region has the tools to grow their businesses.

MacKenzie began her real estate career in 2006 in Sacramento, California, starting as an assistant and quickly gaining hands-on experience in listings, marketing, sales, and closings. She played a critical role during the housing downturn by helping homeowners navigate alternative mortgage solutions. After relocating to Boston in 2012, she expanded her expertise, focusing on luxury sales, renovations, condo conversions, first-time buyers, and investment properties. Throughout, she remained committed to guiding clients with transparency and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
