Joselin Malkhasian Presidents Club ELITE

Joselin Malkhasian has earned a spot in Lamacchia Realty’s 2024 President’s Club ELITE by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume this year. This remarkable achievement comes just four short months after she qualified for the 2024 President’s Club! This is Joselin’s fifth year reaching ELITE status, having previously accomplished this in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

This has been an outstanding year for Joselin. At Lamacchia Realty’s Annual Kickoff Event in February, she received awards for Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Waltham Office for 2023. Additionally, she was ranked on the 2024 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, placing her among the top 1.5% of over 1.6 million REALTORS® nationwide. She is also consistently a monthly top producer for the Waltham branch and companywide.

Joselin also serves as the 2024 Vice President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, and has recently earned a few features in the Boston Globe. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and can’t wait to see what’s next!

"Joselin has done it again! Making the President’s Club ELITE is no surprise when you see how much dedication and effort she pours into every deal. No matter the market conditions, she continues to thrive. Huge congrats, Joselin — can’t wait to celebrate!"

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
