We’re very excited to announce that Joselin Malkhasian has officially qualified for the 2022 President’s Club ELITE by surpassing $24,000,000 in sales volume! Joselin is an expert at guiding her clients through the home buying and selling process to make sure their needs are met. She is one of Lamacchia Realty’s top agents, and can often be found on the company’s Monthly Top Producers list. Joselin is a member of the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Presidents club as well as a 2020 President’s Club ELITE member. In 2021, Joselin broke her own record and was the first and fastest to qualify for our 2021 President’s Club. She broke her own record again and was the first and fastest to qualify for the 2021 President’s Club ELITE! Most recently, Joselin qualified for the 2022 President’s Club. Additionally, Joselin was named as one of Lamacchia’s Top Producers in 2021, featured in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list for 2022, and ranked on the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island.  Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021, with 2021 members attending in October 2022. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
