Joselin Malkhasian Presidents Club 2024

For the 8th year in a row, Joselin Malkhasian has qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far in 2024! Joselin has been a member since the club’s inception, having made it in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, she is also a four-time President’s Club ELITE member! 2024 has already been quite the year for Joselin. At Lamacchia Realty’s Annual Kickoff Event in February, Joselin took home the award for Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Waltham Office in 2023.  Just last month, she also ranked on the 2024 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, which recognizes agents in the top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million licensed REALTORS® nationwide. She is a star both in the Waltham branch office and companywide, having made the company’s list of Top 10 Producing REALTORS® in May 2024! Joselin also serves as the 2024 Vice President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see what she does next!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
