2023 Joselin Malkhasian

We are thrilled to announce that Joselin Malkhasian has officially qualified for the 2023 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year! This is Joselin’s 7th year in a row qualifying for this distinction, having also made it previously in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Additionally, she is also a member of the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE for 2020, 2021, and 2022.  She is an expert in the Waltham and greater Boston area, consistently earning her a spot on the Monthly Trop Producers list, both in the Waltham office and companywide! Most recently, Joselin qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle, was featured in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list for 2023, and ranked on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. These outstanding achievements are a true reflection of Joselin’s unwavering dedication to both her business and her clients. We can’t wait to see what the rest of 2023 has in store for her!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are traveling to the Bahamas later this year, and the 2023 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2024!
