Sarah Chaisson Promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance For Lamacchia Companies

On June 12, 2024 at the Lamacchia Realty company-wide updates meeting, Jackie Louh proudly announced that effective immediately, Sarah Chaisson was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance for Lamacchia Companies. This promotion is a testament to Sarah’s dedication, hard work, and unwavering loyalty to the company.

Sarah has been an integral part of Lamacchia Realty as she was the first employee dating back to 2005 when the company was started in a spare room in Anthony Lamacchia’s home.  From then on, Sarah has taken on multiple roles within the company until their staff expanded and she was able to focus on accounting for the company. Sarah was named Vice President of Finance in 2016.

Sarah ChaissonOver the years, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic financial planning, and a deep commitment to the company’s success. Sarah’s contributions as a member of the Executive Team have been pivotal in driving the company’s financial growth and stability.  In September of 2020 after celebrating her 15th anniversary with the company, Sarah was featured in Boston Business Journal which covered her long history with Lamacchia Realty and her aspirations for the future.

Sarah has been with the company for 19 years and has celebrated various achievements companywide such as being named #1 Top Place to Work in Massachusetts for Large Companies by Boston Globe, celebrating 6 acquisitions in Massachusetts in the past year in Easton, MA, Auburn, MA, Springfield, MA, Falmouth, MA, Fall River, MA, and Seekonk, MA, as well as opening the first New Hampshire branch office in Salem, NH and moving into our permanent branch office building in Southington, CT. Sarah is a board member of Lamacchia Cares Foundation which was officially granted charitable status as a foundation in August of 2023.

Sarah will continue to oversee the entire financial department, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. She will also continue to work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
