After opening our Salem, New Hampshire office in May, we are so excited to be celebrating this exciting milestone with a Grand Opening celebration which happened on Saturday, June 17th! Lamacchia Realty has been serving New Hampshire since 2010. With this being our first office location in the state, we are thrilled to be to able provide even more to the clients in this area.
In addition to our Salem area REALTORS®, we were also joined by many staff members, family, friends, and clients who enjoyed plenty of family-friendly fun including face painting and balloon animals!
The Salem office is one of many new office openings for Lamacchia Realty. In December 2022, Lamacchia officially opened its first Connecticut office in Southington! Additionally, Lamacchia opened in Northborough in April 2022 and celebrated the grand opening in August. Lamacchia also expanded into Beverly, Chelmsford, and Braintree officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
