In 2022, the company reached $1 billion in sales, a month ahead of the previous year’s target. Under Lamacchia’s leadership, the company continues to grow its market share and reach #1 rankings every year.

In addition to his success in real estate, Anthony has established himself as a knowledgeable expert in the field through his contributions to media outlets such as The Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post. Jackie Louh‘s hard work and dedication has paid off, as she has risen from a receptionist at Lamacchia Realty in 2010 to a prominent executive and leader in the company. In June 2022, she was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer by Broker/Owner Anthony Lamacchia during a year of impressive growth in the company’s agent count, market share, revenue, and geographical expansion.
Following her promotion, RISMedia mentioned Jackie’s achievement in their magazine!
For 2023, Jackie is focused on collaborating with Anthony and the Executive Team to further expand Lamacchia Realty in New England and South Florida.
Prior to becoming the COO, Louh played a pivotal role in establishing the business development department in 2018 and building a top-notch recruiting team with a successful onboarding process. This has resulted in high retention rates and a more than doubled agent headcount since her appointment.
