Anthony Lamacchia was featured in a Wall Street Journal article discussing selling vs. renting. The article talks about how sellers are opting to rent out their home instead of selling it, as they are finding they are not getting much interest in their home, even after a price change. With higher interest rates aiding in the drop in buyer demand, sellers are seeing less activity overall. Anthony explains how people are seeing rents going up and they are realizing that they can actually rent it out and earn more money off of it, instead of attempting to sell it.
