We are proud to announce that Cole Gargaro has been promoted to Lamacchia Realty’s Director of Marketing! Lamacchia Realty has always been at the forefront when it comes to their brand and marketing efforts, so this is a crucial role within the company.

Cole was a freelance designer with Lamacchia in 2015 as the company rebranded under the sole ownership of Anthony Lamacchia, and then began full time in 2016 as a Marketing Coordinator where she soon proved she had skills far beyond design! She became involved in interior design of all new offices, billboard campaigns, improving team processes, managing our print and promotional system for agents, and so much more.

In 2019, she was promoted to Design and Content Manager and then later to Marketing Manager where she continued to excel and become more familiar with Lamacchia Realty marketing overall. Now as the Director of Marketing she will oversee all day-to-day marketing efforts and will work with Lindsay Favazza, VP of Marketing to continue to improve and further the brand.

It has been a wild ride during my tenor here at Lamacchia Realty. This company continues to be on the sightline of every other real estate company due to the ingenious systems put in place to support our agents. The Marketing department started with Lindsay, then myself, and now we are up to 10 brilliant and dedicated people and I’m so lucky these are the people I get to work with every day. I’m honored to be a part of the Leadership Team, and truly thankful to have the trust of both Lindsay and Anthony to take on this amazing challenge.

Lamacchia Companies has truly expanded over the last few years with an international real estate training company, property management services, a development company, and more. We have also expanded our channels and our scope for Lamacchia Realty marketing which Cole has been involved in but now she will be directing those efforts. The marketing for Lamacchia Realty will improve under her watchful eye and I am excited to continue to work with her in this new capacity.

Lamacchia Realty has grown tremendously and there are no plans to stop. In 2019, Lamacchia Realty had 6 office locations, but now in October of 2021 boasts 10 and they are preparing to open more by years end.  Along with opening more office locations, the company now has over 70 staff members operating behind the scenes within the growing brokerage of over 400 agents. The company recently celebrated reaching the billion-dollar sales volume four months earlier than last year.
