Cole is the Vice President of Marketing of Lamacchia Realty and Lamacchia Vacation Rentals and is a member of the Lamacchia Realty Executive Team. Cole guides efforts across key areas of marketing, including press releases, blog content, events, advertising, data and analytics, agent services, and other initiatives that promote the company, enhance its brand presence, and support the success of its real estate agents. She oversees creative execution for print and digital advertising, client-facing materials, billboard campaigns, promotional items, and internal collateral. Cole also manages the design and content strategy for LamacchiaRealty.com, including the company blog, housing reports, announcements, and press releases. She ensures brand consistency across all channels and plays a leadership role in office design, signage, and the visual integration of newly acquired offices. 

Cole works closely with Vice President of Brand Growth Lindsay Favazza and Director of Marketing Brandon Farrell to manage the team of Marketing Coordinators guiding design, agent marketing, direct mail, content planning, and social media strategy. Cole plays a pivotal role in the branding transition during the company’s current acquisition phase, ensuring a seamless visual and cultural integration for new offices and teams. 

Her relationship with Lamacchia Realty began in February 2015 when she was hired to redesign the company logo as it transitioned to sole ownership under Anthony Lamacchia and then joined the company full-time in Summer 2016 as Marketing Coordinator. Her talent and dedication led to a series of promotions: Design & Content Manager in 2019, Marketing Manager in 2021, and Director of Marketing later that same year. In 2024, she was officially named Creative Director for Lamacchia Companies.  In June of 2026, she was promoted to Vice President of Marketing for Lamacchia Realty & Lamacchia Vacation Rentals.

Cole began her professional career in education, holding a master’s degree in counseling, before pivoting to a career in design. She returned to school to study graphic design and went on to build her own design business, gaining expertise in signage, branding, and interior design.  

Cole lives in Metrowest, MA with her husband and two daughters. Known for her keen eye for detail and deep commitment to brand integrity, she continues to elevate the company’s visual presence at every level. In January 2019, Cole was voted 2018 Employee of the Year for which she and her husband were invited to the 2019 President’s Club trip to Aruba.
