The T3 Sixty has released it’s annual ranking of the Mega 1000 Brokerages through the Real Estate Almanac. Lamacchia Realty officially ranked 358th by sales volume out of 1000 brokerages in the U.S. residential real estate brokerage industry as of December 31, 2020. Lamacchia closed out 2020 with $1,043,000,000 in sales volume which is a monumental feat for a brokerage any year, but especially in 2020. Only about 20% of the brokerages mentioned in the Mega 1000 are independently owned, making Lamacchia’s accomplishment that much more impressive. To read the full report, click here. 

Despite the challenges faced in 2020, Lamacchia’s offices pulled through with some impressive numbers bringing the company it’s first year surpassing $1 Billion in sales. Lamacchia Realty’s Worcester, Leominster, and Norwood Offices were named the #1 Independent Brokerages by firm and the Waltham office was named #1 Independent Office for 2020. Along with the Mega 1000, Lamacchia Realty also ranked in multiple categories in the 2021 Real Trends Top 500 for the third year in a row. The company was also ranked the #1 fastest growing Leading RE Affiliate over the last five years according to the Real Trends 500 report.
