On April 1st, 2021 in the annual Real Trends 500 report, Lamacchia was reported to be the fastest-growing Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® affiliate over the last five years. This growth was for both transactions and sales volume for all LeadingRE affiliates in the United States.
The growth rate is calculated by a five-year change in transaction amount. In 2016, Lamacchia closed 828 transactions and closed 2,515 in 2020 which is a 204% growth rate. In that same five years, Lamacchia’s sales volume increased by 265% moving from $291,973,008 in 2016 to $1,043,107,921 in 2020. Furthermore, Lamacchia moved up 16 spots from last year and is now at 59th out of 119 LeadingRE companies to make the top 500 companies overall.
The company’s explosive growth is due to massive and very aggressive advertising efforts including social media campaigns, billboard campaigns, along with print and television advertising. Aggressive recruiting efforts led by Lamacchia veteran Jackie Louh, the company’s Vice President of Business Development, over the past five years have had a significant impact on building the company’s roster to nearly 400 agents, and it is still growing at the same rapid rate. Having a lead program for agents who are ramping up also has had a big impact. Dave Karoly, another Lamacchia Veteran and the Vice President of Sales, has done a terrific job building out several lead product programs off the company’s advertising. The efforts of each department within the company to provide top-notch services and grow the company have made this possible.
Training has also had a substantial impact on the company’s growth. Anthony is a national speaker and real estate sales trainer through a sister company REAL Training and Systems which is better known as Crush it in Real Estate. The training offered to the Lamacchia agents is also sold to other companies across North America.
Broker/Owner Anthony Lamacchia will be speaking on the exclusive three-person panel in June at the Real Trends Gathering of Eagles Conference at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. Among attendees will be leaders from the fastest-growing brokerage firms in the country.
One of the areas that the Company has invested heavily in is Relocation Department. After being accepted into the Leading RE network in June 2016 the Company began really focusing on growing that side of the business and they have prevailed. With the hiring of Shane Bronson in the summer of 2018, the relocation department has exploded and the company is now continuously relocating clients into and out of New England and now South Florida as well. The Corporate Relocation department has been assisting companies throughout the U.S. relocate their employees by ensuring they are provided with all the required resources and services from the home search to the closing table.
2020 was a significant year for Lamacchia Realty, namely because it reached the $1 Billion Dollars in Sales Volume milestone in December, a feat achieved by only about 250 brokerages out of the 85,000 in the U.S. The company ranked 28th Fastest Growing Company in Massachusetts by Boston Business Journal in November 2020 for 2019 and also made the list for 2020, official rankings for the year will be released in May 2021. Lamacchia also made Inc.’s 2020 List of 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies in America for the 9th time in a row. The company opened five new branch offices in 2020 alone, including Chelmsford, Hudson, Beverly, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the newly renovated landmark branch location in Waltham. The Chelmsford location is under significant renovations and will be opened in June.
