After joining forces with Right Choice Real Estate and opening the Fall River office in July 2023, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the Grand Opening of the office’s permanent location on Saturday, June 15th! Right Choice has been dominating Bristol County for years, and we were ecstatic to merge with them and enter a new market.
We were honored to have Ron Rusin, Dawn Rusin, and our Fall River office REALTORS® join us to celebrate the opening of the freshly updated office. In addition, we were also joined by many staff members, family, friends, and clients who enjoyed plenty of family-friendly fun!
The Fall River office is one of many new offices to join the Lamacchia Realty map in the past year. Also in 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA, and Keystone Realty in Seekonk, and in 2024, joined together with THREE legacy brokerages: Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, and Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA.
Additionally, Lamacchia Realty celebrated its first official Connecticut office with a grand opening in Southington, CT in December 2023. Lamacchia also expanded into Salem NH, Northborough MA, Beverly MA, Chelmsford MA, and Braintree MA, officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
