Known for her positive energy, integrity, and people first approach, Dawn has built a reputation for exceptional client service and industry knowledge. Before entering real estate, she worked as a waitress and in jewelry sales, experiences that strengthened her natural communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. After earning her broker’s license, Dawn and her husband opened and operated a successful RE/MAX real estate office with more than 30 agents. In addition to continuing her work as a selling broker, she managed office operations, training, and accounting, giving her a well rounded understanding of every aspect of the business.

Throughout her career, Dawn has earned numerous professional designations, including GRI, CRS, CBR, CDPE, ABR, and most recently, Certified Real Estate Consultant. Born and raised in Fall River, she has also lived in nearby communities including Swansea and Westport. Beyond real estate, Dawn is passionate about giving back to her community. As an active member of Rotary International, she regularly supports charitable causes and organizations, with special dedication to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and St. Vincent’s Home.
