The RealTrends 500 has released its annual list ranking the top 500 brokerages in the United States. This list uses data compiled from the previous year for 500 of the largest real estate brokerage firms by closed sales volume in the U.S. in 2023.

We are thrilled that Lamacchia Realty has once again ranked in multiple categories!  This is the eighth year in a row that the company has made the list, but most excitingly, Lamacchia Realty was named as one of the RealTrends Verified Best Brokerages in 2024! In 2023, Lamacchia Realty closed 3,500 residential transaction sides and achieved $1,780,327,118 in sales volume.

In the Top Movers by Transaction Sides category, Lamacchia Realty ranked 25th, up 9 spots from 2022. The Top Movers by Sides category is ranked the brokerages by the actual numeric increase in transactions sides year over year between 2022 and 2023.
