For the twelfth year in a row, Lamacchia Realty has ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Lamacchia ranked 3,393 on the prestigious list of rapidly growing private companies. 

The list represents a unique look at America’s most successful independent small businesses. Well-known names such as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, and Patagonia first gained national exposure as honorees in the Inc. 5000.

Inc. 5000 ranks companies according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. Over the past three years, Lamacchia Realty exhibited 148% growth, a significant increase from when the company started with just three people in 2005. The company now has over 450 agents and over 70 employees.

Lamacchia Realty has shown no signs of slowing down despite the challenging market. Over the summer, the company acquired not one but two different brokerages, adding two new branch locations to their growing list of offices. Lamacchia Realty acquired First Team Real Estate in June 2023 in Falmouth, MA. Less than a month later, in July 2023, Lamacchia announced the Right Choice Real Estate acquisition in Fall River, MA. This comes after a busy year of opening their first official branch offices in Connecticut and Southern New Hampshire.
