Rosalee DiScipio Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are excited to announce that Rosalee DiScipio has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this impressive feat by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. This is Rosie’s third year qualifying, as she has done so previously in 2021 and 2023.

Rosalee has been a dedicated real estate professional for over 15 years and holds licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. A pillar of the Beverly office, she consistently ranks as a top-producing agent and was the 2023 winner for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume. Her commitment extends beyond her business; she is actively involved in her community, volunteering on various committees, boards, and fundraising initiatives. Most recently, Rosalee was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
