Rosalee DiScipio has officially qualified for the 2023 President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume! This is the second year that Rosalee has qualified for the distinction. Rosie continues to go above and beyond for her clients, showing that with excellent service and dedication, success is possible in any market! With over a decade of real estate experience plus a license in both MA and NH, Rosalee’s expertise is unmatched. More specifically, she truly knows the North Shore area like the back of her hand, as she currently lives in Topsfield with her husband, Jason, and their three daughters. Rosalee is consistently a top producing agent in the Beverly office, she was the winner for the Highest Sales Volume in the Beverly office for 2020 and a Top Producer for the past three years. In 2022, Rosalee was named to Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who List for REALTORS. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are traveling to the Bahamas later this year, and the 2023 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2024!
