Matt Czepiel has officially qualified for the 2022 President’s Club by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume! This is the fourth year in a row that Matt has joined the club having previously made it in 2021, 2020, and 2019! Matt is consistently a top producing REALTOR® in the Waltham office and was named a Top Producer company-wide for 2021 and 2020. Additionally, Matt was listed in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2022! Matt has a passion for real estate and has many years of experience in multiple facets of the industry, making him an invaluable asset to his clients. He has a wide range of knowledge of the Boston area and relies on his extensive experience servicing both the city and suburbs to help his buyers and sellers achieve their goals!
The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
