For the third year in a row, Matt Czepiel has officially qualified for the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! Matt has sold over $16,000,000 in sales volume this year and we couldn’t be more excited for him for reaching this exciting milestone. Matt is a consistent top producer in the Waltham office and an expert in the local market. It comes as no surprise that Matt has qualified for this distinction once again, previously qualifying in 2019 and 2020. He assists buyers and sellers all throughout the Boston area and this, coupled with his many years of experience in all aspects of the industry, make him a great resource for his clients. Earlier this year, Matt also won the 2020 Lamacchia Realty Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Relocation Referral Contest!
The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. The trip was such a success that it is anticipated that 2019 and 2020 (postponed due to pandemic) members will be vacationing at the same resort in Winter 2022. 2021 members will join in on the fun in the same location later in 2022.
