In true Lamacchia Realty fashion, there was a contest held between January 1st, 2022, and February 28th, 2022 to see what REALTOR® could list the most properties in the two-month span. At a time when inventory levels were at record lows, the extra incentive to get listings on the market benefitted everyone involved. The prize for winning the contest is an all-expense-paid trip to the September 2022 Crush It In Real Estate conference in Fort Lauderdale!
The contest’s overall winner, with an impressive fourteen listings in only two months, was Eileen Doherty! Eileen is a well-known force to be reckoned with having won the 2021 Award for Highest Sales Volume in the company!
The REALTORS® with four or more listings in the time frame were entered into a drawing for one of four more spots to the September trip to Fort Lauderdale.
The following REALTORS® qualified for the drawing with over four listings in two months:

The four winners of the drawing were: Anthony Castellano, Karole O’Leary, Kelly Dimbat, and Liz Puchala.
REALTORS ® aren’t the only people whose hard work deserves recognition! Lamacchia Realty was sure to include both the Administrative Assistant and the Marketing Coordinator of the top office as well. With a ratio of thirteen homes listed per twenty-one REALTORS ®, the Hudson office took home the gold! The Hudson Office Administrative Assistant who helped on the most deals was also the office manager, Erin Hebert! The Hudson Office Marketing Coordinator who won a trip to Florida was Victoria Maguire.
