I can't say enough about how amazing Karole O'Leary was to work with on the sale of my house. My husband and I had wanted to sell our "starter" home for years, but weren't sure where to begin. We were so lucky to have Karole O'Leary as our realtor. We were relocating from out of state, and Karole did so much to make that a much easier task. She sent us listings and then arranged for a day of showings when we traveled to the area. Karole always answered our many questions promptly and frequently provided invaluable advice as we moved through the process of buying our house. This is the second time we worked with Karole O'Leary, the Lamacchia agent, to both sell and buy a home. We received strong Lamacchia support - great pictures for the house we sold, timely posting and signage, etc. The first we used Karole was 14 years ago. I am so glad we called her again. She negotiated adeptly and effectively in both transactions always keeping our interests front and center so we both sold and bought very well.
