Karole has been working in Real Estate since 2004.  Through the years she’s learned so much about helping people buy, sell and invest in an ever changing real estate market.  Karole has enjoyed much success in this field and has received many awards including, Presidents Circle awards, Leading edge awards and Top Producing agent awards in her office.  None of that ever compares with the feeling of helping a client in the buying or selling process.  Whether they are selling their home, purchasing their next home, or are first time home buyers, Karole loves to help them find success.  Negotiating the contract to make sure her client comes out in the best possible position is a highlight.  Buyers, sellers, investors, and builders are her business and she values every single client and loves getting people where they want to be.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I enjoy spending time with my family and running.  I completed my first 1/2 marathon in 2013 and have run about 5 more since then.  Running keeps my mind clear, my body strong and my energy flowing.”

Do You Have Any Pets?:

“We have always had dogs in our family for as long as I can remember.  We sadly lost our two Goldens over the past year and are still in the healing process.  They are truly members of the family.”

Do You Have a Favorite Charity?:

“The Alzheimer Association is my favorite charity.  This is very near and dear to my heart as my mother was diagnosed with this horrible disease when she was 70.  I am so grateful that my mother is close by and I am able to be with her throughout the week.  There is so much research that needs to be done to learn more about this illness and hopefully find a cure.”

Favorite Part of My Job:

“I love everything about Real Estate but the best part of my job is the people I meet along the way.  I absolutely love to help people get to where they want to be.  Nothing makes me happier than to know that someone I am working with has made a solid investment in a home that works for them,  meets their criteria and satisfies  their needs.  Negotiating the contract to best represent them  and  get my client the most they can possibly get for their home or the best deal I can get them on a purchase is incredible to me.  Whether I am renting, selling, buying or just educating people on current market conditions I love empowering people with the information they need to make sound and lucrative decisions.  I have met so many incredible people from all different walks of life during my career in real estate.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Pats,  Pats,  Pats!!! I am a football fan….The only thing better than watching the New England Patriots play football is watching one of my boys play.  Incredible.”
