Eileen Doherty Wins Highest Sales Volume – Company-Wide 2021

Eileen Doherty has officially been announced as the winner of the Highest Sales Volume Companywide Award for 2021, selling just over $46.2 Million in sales volume in 2021 alone! Eileen was previously the 2020 winner of the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume Companywide. Eileen also won the Highest Sales Volume Award for the Woburn office marking this as the fourth year in a row that she has earned the recognition. As a lifelong resident of Woburn, Eileen’s local knowledge and expertise in her field make her an invaluable asset to her clients. She strives to deliver top-notch service to both buyers and sellers to make sure they reach their goals and achieve success!

“I cannot say I’m at all surprised to see Eileen win highest sales volume companywide once again, she is a rockstar and I think it will be challenging to beat her in 2022. Congratulations, Eileen.”

This achievement comes as no surprise given that Eileen is consistently a Top Producing REALTOR® in both the Woburn office and companywide. Additionally, Eileen qualified for both the 2021 President’s Club as well as the 2021 President’s Club ELITE. She has been a member of the President’s Club every year since 2017 and she was the first REALTOR® to qualify for the President’s Club ELITE in 2020. Furthermore, in the Spring of 2021, Eileen was even featured in the 2020 Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who edition as a top producer in the real estate industry recognized for her dedication, hard work, customer service, and outstanding accomplishments in 2020.

“When I told Eileen she had once again won the award for highest sales volume, she was shocked, she truly had no idea how much volume she had done! It was a reminder to me that her focus remains on her clients and helping them achieve their goals. Her own professional goals come second to theirs. That commitment to her clients is why she continues to have the level of success she does year after year. Congrats, Eileen!”

Joselin Malkhasian and Laurie Howe Bourgeois took second and third place for the award, respectively.
