Lamacchia Realty is thrilled to announce that Jessica Rizzo has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! Jessica has reached this milestone just two short months after qualifying for the 2025 President’s Club, having closed on 50 homes so far this year. This is also her second time earning ELITE status, having first achieved it in 2024.

Since joining Lamacchia Realty in July 2024 through the merger with her previous brokerage, Berkshire Dream Home, she has quickly become a top-producing agent in the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires office. Her exceptional performance earned her a spot in the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle, as well as recognition for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Dalton Office at the company’s annual awards. She has also been voted Best REALTOR® in the Berkshires by the Berkshire Eagle’s “Best of the Berkshires” awards in both 2023 and 2024. Most recently, she was named to the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, recognized for her outstanding sales volume and transactions in the past year.

Congratulations, Jessica! 2025 has been an incredible year for you!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
