We are happy to announce that Jessica Rizzo has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! Jessica has achieved this impressive accomplishment by closing on more than 33 homes so far this year! This is Jessica’s second year in a row qualifying for the President’s Club, as she qualified last year in 2024, and even hit ELITE status in 2024!

Driven by a genuine passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, Jessica finds true joy in guiding first-time buyers through the process—sharing that their excitement is absolutely priceless. Since joining Lamacchia Realty in July 2024, following the merger with her previous brokerage, Berkshire Dream Home, she has quickly established herself as a top-producing agent in the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires office. Her outstanding performance earned her a place in the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle, along with recognition for the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Dalton Office at the company’s annual awards. Additionally, she was honored as the Best REALTOR® in the Berkshires by the Berkshire Eagle‘s “Best of the Berkshires” awards in 2024 and 2023! Most recently, she was featured on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List based on her sales volume and transactions last year!

Congratulations, Jessica! What an amazing accomplishment! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
