Inc. 5000 Ranks Lamacchia Realty for 13th Year in a Row
For the thirteenth year in a row, Lamacchia Realty has ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Lamacchia ranked 4,778 on the prestigious list of rapidly growing private companies.
The list represents a unique look at America’s most successful independent small businesses. Well-known names such as Intuit, Under Armour, Microsoft, and Patagonia first gained national exposure as honorees in the Inc. 5000.
Inc. 5000 ranks companies according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. Over the past three years, Lamacchia Realty exhibited 81% growth, a significant increase from when the company started with just three people in 2005. The company now has over 650 agents and over 90 employees.
Lamacchia Realty has shown no signs of slowing down despite the unique state of the market. At the end of 2022, Lamacchia Realty expanded into the Connecticut market with the opening of the Southington branch office. In 2023, the brokerage opened its first brick-and-mortar office location in Salem, New Hampshire. Later that year, well-known brokerages Foley Premier Properties in Falmouth, MA, Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, and Keystone Property Group in Seekonk, MA, joined forces with Lamacchia Realty, allowing the company to expand into Cape Cod and Massachusetts’ Bristol County. 2024 has already proven to be a year of tremendous growth for Lamacchia as well. In the first half of the year, the brokerage joined forces with Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA, and Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, MA.
