After opening the Falmouth, Massachusetts office in late June, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the Cape Cod Office’s Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, September 9th! Lamacchia Realty has been serving buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts for decades, but this is the first true Cape Cod office location.
We were honored to have Kara Foley and the original Foley Real Estate REALTORS join us to celebrate the opening of the freshly updated office. In addition to the Falmouth area REALTORS®, we were also joined by many staff members, family, friends, and clients who enjoyed plenty of family-friendly fun, including face painting and balloon animals!
The Falmouth office is only one of many new offices to join the Lamacchia Realty map this summer. Up north, the first official New Hampshire office had it’s grand opening in Salem, NH. Followed by the announcement of the acquisition of Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River. In December 2022, Lamacchia officially opened its first Connecticut office in Southington! Additionally, Lamacchia opened in Northborough in April 2022 and celebrated the grand opening in August. Lamacchia also expanded into Beverly, Chelmsford, and Braintree officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
