We are thrilled to announce that Doug Collins has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE by selling more than 66 homes so far this year! He has hit this impressive milestone just two short months after qualifying for the 2025 President’s Club. This is Doug’s second year earning ELITE status, as he did last year in 2024. Doug is a top-producing agent out of the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires office and company-wide, as he earned his spot on the 2024 Top Producer Circle. 

In addition to his impressive achievements, Doug earned the distinction of being ranked the #1 REALTOR® in Dalton, MA, for closed transactions in 2024. Most recently, he was recognized on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Doug is celebrated for his sharp attention to detail and steadfast commitment to exceptional client service. Since joining Lamacchia in July 2024, he has already made a notable impact on both the office and the communities he serves.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
