Doug Collins Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club​

We are excited to announce that Doug Collins has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by selling more than 33 homes so far this year! This is Doug’s second year in a row qualifying for the President’s Club, as he did so in 2024, and even hit ELITE status as well. Doug is a top-producing agent out of the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires office and company-wide, as he earned his spot on the 2024 Top Producer Circle. 

Apart from his impressive accolades, Doug was ranked the #1 REALTOR® in Dalton, MA, for closed transactions in 2024. He was also recently honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Doug is recognized for his keen attention to detail and unwavering dedication to outstanding client service. Since joining Lamacchia in July 2024, he has made a significant impact within the office and his surrounding communities.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
