Deanna Faucher has won the award for highest sales volume in the Worcester office in 2022. This year, Deanna sold an impressive $18,263,200 in sales volume. In addition, Deanna ended the year by ranking as the #17 REALTOR® in the company – that’s out of nearly 500 REALTORS®! Deanna has seen major success this year, her most recent accomplishment qualifying for the 2022 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club. Deanna has qualified for President’s Club every year since the program’s inception, also making it in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. She was recognized as a Lamacchia Realty Top Producer in 2020 and 2021 and was recognized as an Emerald Level Top Producer in 2021 and 2022 by the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) for outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions during the calendar year. Also this year, Deanna made the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list for 2022 and Real Trends list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals
Deanna has been a REALTOR® since 2011 and has worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years. She joined Lamacchia Realty in early 2016 and always strives to make her buyers and sellers her top priority.
