“Yes! My cats Louie and Laney. Sometimes I think I would like a small dog but I think that may be a few years from now.”

Kelly is fast, organized, and super effective and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I knew when I decided to sell, that my property was uncommon and I expected that it would take about a year to find the right buyer who had the right finances. Kelly appraised the property within a few days, recommended a price that I thought was fair and had the whole deal closed in 87 days!
