Kelly Dimbat Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are thrilled to announce that Kelly Dimbat has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this accredited milestone by closing on 33 homes AND selling $16 million in sales volume so far this year.

This year will be Kelly’s third time as a member of the President’s Club, as she has qualified previously in 2022 and 2021. Apart from her President’s Club accomplishments, Kelly has been a member of Lamacchia’s Top Producer Circle consecutively in 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020. To qualify for Top Producer Circle, an agent must sell at least 20 homes or sell $9 million in sales volume, which Kelly has consistently done so over the years. 

Kelly has also been named in Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who in 2024 and 2022 as well as making the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list in 2023 and 2022.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
