Ashley Marrama Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We are proud to announce that Ashley Marrama of the We Close Deals Team has officially qualified for the 2026 President’s Club! Ashley is the second member of the We Close Deals Team to achieve this prestigious recognition, with the team surpassing 194 transactions so far this year.
Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Ashley has consistently earned a place in the company’s Top Producer Circle since joining, demonstrating her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for her clients. With a background in international marketing, where she organized high-profile events for leading technology executives, Ashley brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry.
Ashley is part of the highly accomplished We Close Deals Team, which earned companywide recognition as Lamacchia Realty’s Top Team for both Transactions and Sales Volume in 2025. The team was also recognized on the 2026 RealTrends Best Real Estate Professionals List and was most recently named Boston Agent Magazine’s 2026 Best Team. Ashley’s President’s Club qualification adds to the team’s growing list of achievements and reflects the continued success of its members.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members recently returned to Aruba in October of this year!
