Lamacchia Realty Officially Celebrates Milford, MA Office Grand Opening

After joining forces with Lioce Properties Group and opening the Milford, MA branch office in March 2026, Lamacchia Realty celebrated the office’s official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. The event marked an important milestone for the new location and brought together many of the people who have supported the company’s growth in the MetroWest area.

We were honored to have Josh Lioce, the founder and owner of Lioce Properties Group, in attendance, along with our Milford-area REALTORS® and agents from other branch locations. Many staff members and special guests also joined us to recognize the opening of the newly updated office.
Meet our Milford, MA Office REALTORS®

The Milford office is just one of many new offices that have joined the Lamacchia Realty map in the past few years. So far in 2026, Lamacchia Realty has joined forces with other brokerages in their markets, including The Briotti Group in Waterbury and Wolcott, CT, Rosewood Realty in Somerset, MA, and Steepleview Realty in Adams and North Adams, MA.

In July 2025, Lamacchia Realty opened its first location in Rhode Island with the addition of Tirrell Realty in East Providence, RI. In 2024, Lamacchia joined with seven brokerages, including Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA, Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, MA, Home Sweet Homes in Pittsfield, MA, Thrive Real Estate in Shrewsbury, MA, and Stone Ridge Properties in Amesbury and Newburyport, MA.

In 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA and Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, while also expanding into Southington, CT, Salem, NH, Northborough, MA, Beverly, MA, Chelmsford, MA, and Braintree, MA.

In 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham and opened its first office in Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expanded the company’s presence beyond New England and allowed Lamacchia Realty to serve the South Florida market.
