Lioce Properties Group, #1 Team in Milford, MA, Joins Lamacchia Realty
Lamacchia Realty is pleased to announce that Lioce Properties Group of Milford, Massachusetts has joined Lamacchia Realty following a merger that finalized earlier this week. Anthony Lamacchia and the leadership team of Lamacchia Realty are thrilled to be expanding their presence in South Metrowest, and Worcester County market with Josh Lioce, who is a known leader in that area, along with his agents who are very active in that entire market.

This team, owned and led by Josh Lioce, was founded in 2003 by Josh and his wife and business partner, Julie. Since its founding, the company has become a trusted name in the local real estate market, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Milford area achieve their real estate goals. Most recently, the Lioce Properties Group has worked as a team at Keller Williams but spent many years working as an independent brokerage. Many of the agents work independently with their own books of business and will continue to do so as independent agents at Lamacchia Realty. As well, there will be a group of agents will remain on Josh’s team.
Josh and his team has been number one in Milford since 2005.
